finish up client sftp support
added 'stat' to SFTPFile and SFTP, documented 'open' and 'listdir', and added
'rmdir', 'lstat', 'symlink', 'chmod', 'chown', 'utime', 'readlink'.

turned off ultra debugging now that the unit tests are all working.
